Os beb\u00eas est\u00e3o totalmente entregues as informa\u00e7\u00f5es que oferecemos \u00e0 eles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 16px;\">Quando come\u00e7amos musicalizar um beb\u00ea estamos em primeiro lugar trazendo um repert\u00f3rio amplo de can\u00e7\u00f5es folcl\u00f3ricas e educativas que v\u00e3o ajud\u00e1-lo a desenvolver a coordena\u00e7\u00e3o motora, ritmo, habilidades afetivas e sociais.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 16px;\">A musicaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para beb\u00eas traz tamb\u00e9m uma grande contribui\u00e7\u00e3o ao desenvolvimento da fala, j\u00e1 que as can\u00e7\u00f5es, muitas delas enfatizando s\u00edlabas por repeti\u00e7\u00e3o, estimulam o beb\u00ea a imitar de forma agrad\u00e1vel e prazerosa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 16px;\">O desenvolvimento afetivo e social talvez seja a parte mais doce da aula de musicaliza\u00e7\u00e3o para beb\u00eas&#8230;&#8230;a atividade \u00e9 feita sempre com um acompanhante, m\u00e3e, pai, av\u00f3s, e passa a ser um momento de intera\u00e7\u00e3o especial, como alguns pais referem, \u201cum momento s\u00f3 de n\u00f3s dois&#8230; sem se preocupar se est\u00e1 na hora do banho, se tem que trocar a fralda ou lev\u00e1-lo ao m\u00e9dico\u201d. I\u2019d recommend working wrist curls\u00a0and reverse wrist curls for around 6-10 reps for 3 sets. I also strongly recommend trying some <a href=\"#\">sledgehammer levering<\/a>. Work in 2-3 sets of 3-5 reps. In particular, exercises 1 and 3 are fantastic for building wrist strength and they are much harder than they look! Start with them to get the hang of sledgehammer work before you progress to the other two exercises.
